These terms apply to AI Signature Craft's design tools and account services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our privacy policy.
What the service provides
AI Signature Craft provides font-based previews, a drawing pad, locally synthesized Live signatures, Classic and Creative AI-generated images, vector exports, and static practice sheets. It is a design service, not an identity verification system, a contract-signing platform, or a handwriting instruction program.
AI output may contain incorrect lettering or shapes. Review names, appearance, and suitability before using a design. We do not guarantee that a design is unique or will be accepted by any document recipient.
Your account and use
Use an email address you control and keep your account secure. Only submit names and content you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to impersonate another person, imitate someone else's existing signature without authorization, commit fraud, or interfere with the service. Account and service access may be restricted to address misuse.
AI credits and trial
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. One successfully delivered AI image uses one credit. A paid Classic request reserves one credit for each selected style, from one to ten. A Creative design reserves one credit for one image. Only successfully delivered images settle their credit reservations. Failed images release their reservation. Purchased credits do not expire and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
A verified account may receive one free Classic AI trial image while trial capacity is available. Trial availability is limited and may be paused. Downloading a delivered image again, its cached vector export, or its practice sheet does not require additional image credits.
Your designs
You may download and use your generated design files, subject to applicable laws, any third-party rights, and the relevant model provider's terms. You remain responsible for how you use a signature. Fonts included in the free tool are used under their accompanying licenses. AI Signature Craft does not grant rights to another person's name, likeness, brand, or identity.
Files and availability
Generated AI files are retained for 30 days and can be deleted earlier. Please download designs you want to keep. Credit validity is separate from file retention. Free tools can be used without a paid account.
Service availability can be affected by maintenance, capacity, or third-party outages. A request that does not deliver an image will not consume its reserved image credit. Contact us about unresolved generation or billing issues.
Payments, refunds, and changes
The price and credit quantity shown at checkout govern your purchase. Prices for future purchases can change. Refund requests are handled under our refund policy; mandatory rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes to purchased entitlements will be communicated through appropriate account or service channels. For questions, use our contact page.
