Privacy policy.
Effective September 26, 2026
This policy describes the information AI Signature Craft uses to provide its signature design tools. Contact us through the contact page with questions or a privacy request.
Free tools stay in your browser
Names entered into the font signature maker, drawings made on the signature pad, synthesized Live signatures, and practice sheets created from those tools are processed in your browser. Those inputs are not uploaded to our servers by these tools. Downloaded files are stored wherever you choose to save them. To preserve your work during sign-in and navigation, your current tab can store your shared name, settings for each tool, hand-drawn strokes, and export size in session storage. Choosing Practice also keeps a local copy of the selected design in that tab; you can clear an imported design on the practice page. This local copy is separate from files retained in your AI account.
Information used for AI services
When you register, we process your account identifier and email address through Supabase. Google sign-in, if selected, supplies the identity information needed to authenticate you. When you request an AI design, we process your entered name, style, Creative theme and optional element description, generation status, generated files, and any issue report you submit.
Your generation input is sent to fal.ai and its relevant model providers to produce images or vectors. Their processing is necessary to deliver the AI service. Do not enter information you are not authorized to provide.
Payments and email
Stripe handles card details and payment processing. We retain order identifiers, payment status, price, currency, credit allocations, and relevant payment events. We do not store full payment card numbers. Authentication emails are delivered through Supabase and its configured email service, Resend.
Private files and retention
AI design files are stored privately and downloaded using temporary authorized links. Generated files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. You can request earlier removal from your account. Billing and credit records may be retained separately to handle accounting, refunds, disputes, and service integrity. Deleting a generated design does not automatically remove payment records.
Operational backups may retain information for a limited period after deletion from active systems. Access is restricted, and backups are used for recovery.
Service operation and cookies
Authentication uses cookies to keep you signed in. Hosting and service providers may process technical information such as request time, browser details, and network identifiers to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. A temporary job identifier may be stored in your browser to let you resume a generation.
We do not sell your signature content. When enabled, first-party product analytics store aggregate counts of page views, tool starts, mode changes, sign-in entry clicks, download attempts, save requests, and export failures. When configured, Umami separately collects page visits and the page, tool, and file format of a download request or export failure, along with ordinary browser, referrer, and country information. Search parameters and fragments are excluded from the page URLs we send to Umami. Neither analytics system receives names, signature images, email addresses, or account identifiers through our event code. Umami does not use analytics cookies. A daily rotating network hash is used for short-lived rate limiting in first-party analytics. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are honored.
Your choices
You can use free tools without an account, delete saved AI files, sign out, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account information. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Certain billing or security records may need to be retained.
Third-party services and changes
Hosting, authentication, generation, email, analytics, and payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Service information may be processed in countries different from yours. We will update this page when our practices change and revise its effective date.
